Milk and meat. To just read the words on a page you get milk.. the Holy Spirit convicts us of Truth and thats how you get meat. I ask Him to reveal His truth to me.. the scriptures open up and its like a divine understanding. I don't know how to explain it to an unbeliever. It's supernatural.
