From what I hear, some people that practice witchcraft fear mirrors and others accept them, enchant them. For me, I just need help.

This is so weird, but recently, my family and I were digging through some old stuff my dad had in his closet, and one of my sisters picked up a purse he had found by our house (owner never came around, so it's been rotting for about 2-3 years). We divvied the contents, and I got stuck with a tiny wallet and a mirror. I've never met the lady, known her family, or anything of the sort; but her mirror is so familiar. It's a small, square, black hand held mirror with a pink rim around the mirror itself. The back has arches, sort of like dragon scale wallpaper. It's odd, but I feel so connected to it. I just keep looking at myself in it, I've abandoned every other reflective surface for it. I've never owned a handheld mirror at all, and not one like this. It's just so nostalgic, from the look of the mirror to even the feeling of the arched ridges in the back. I've put a protective chant over it, just to be careful, but it's weird to me. Very odd. I don't get an intense feeling of random nostalgia like this, not ever this intense. I just need help, advice if possible. What else do I do with the mirror? Why is it THIS familiar to me? I need guidance.

My first thought is that if you've experienced past lives, one of those might have had a similar object, and so is trying to trigger a memory of it.

I mean, I have, but I doubt a murderous mother would keep something like it. Plus, I remember it from my current life. Like I had it when I was younger. I even vividly see one of the houses I used to live in, but again; I've never owned a mirror. Not like this one.

Another thing; after enchanting it for myself (to seek the truth and love, you may know the drill) I see myself more masculine in it. For the record, I'm trans MtF and this hasn't happened before, not even in the same mirror. Only after that did I start to see it. No matter what I wipe off my face or how far I hold it back, I still look like a man.

Edit: Not complaining though, I make for a really hot guy. It's just a little perk.
