Good post, Earl. But I think there are several issues at play here. I personally think that there should be at least two levels of moderation in this forum. In the religious forums, Abrahamic, Eastern, etc., they should be fairly closely moderated, and sarcastic and nasty comments deleted...

Hey CZ, on another, unrelated topic, with Tao's banning, are you prepared to pick up the slack on the atheist side ? One of the problems with banning one of only two or three atheists on the board is that it leaves a little shortage of those to challenge the theists !!
