Can you explain contemplation in this context? I'm unfamiliar with it. I've found I do okay with 'empty the mind' meditation, and okay with guided meditation, but I tried passage meditation(where you meditate or repeat a passage mentally), and it gave me anxiety. Mantras were fine, though. 🤷‍♂️
