So when Muhammad refers to Hadith that is contrary to his teachings it is not "the" Hadith. Thank u. Are the translations of the Quoran, Hadith and Sunnah substantially different depending on the translator? Thank you for your help

im reading a translation of the Quran and in it Mohammed refers to people following the Hadith. The Hadith is said to have been written 200 years after the Prophet lived. I am confused. Can someone explain this for me?
