Saudi Marriage 'Expert' Advises Men in 'Right Way' to Beat Their Wives

She could just marry someone that isn't married, work for herself, or he could give her money through a bank and then they don't even have to be in the same room as each other, or be supported by a relative. What a coincidence, neither do I. Medical care isn't free, probably no social...

Saudi Marriage 'Expert' Advises Men in 'Right Way' to Beat Their Wives

I don't see a problem until they sleep with the women they are supposed to be supporting out of a catastrophe. Why would they need to be married all the sudden and why they can't be supported in a purely non-sexual context. Why does she need to be married again? She can get a job and support...

As a Christian what are your thoughts?

So you're acknowledging that it's not normal? It's not natural. Not for anyone. The Church doesn't say you're not human, not in the slightest. Maybe your nature isn't natural, but that doesn't mean you're not human. How am I destroying lives? You tell me.

As a Christian what are your thoughts?

I disagree on the naturality of it. I don't expect you to be fine with that, but there is no point to arguing over the statement anymore. So whoever does not think homosexuality is justifiable is your enemy? Most of Leviticus states sacrificial/ritual law. Do we need to do sacrifices...

As a Christian what are your thoughts?

Well, you can choose to act or not to act, even though you said you weren't talking about that.... I'm not under the impression that people (for the most part) actively choose to have a homosexual mindset, but I'm not sure and that's not for me to decide. I don't know if homosexuality could be...

    Door-To-Door Missionaries

Why? I don't want to spend an eternity in Hell with no hope and despair for the rest of time?

    Door-To-Door Missionaries

Basically because people misinterpret it (often enough that it becomes a major issue) and that spawns all kinds of confusion. It is in the canon of the scripture, but we don't read from it during liturgy for that reason.

    Door-To-Door Missionaries

I don't know for sure if I am going to Heaven, but I sure hope I do. But if people love Jesus, then they will naturally do everything that comes along with it in time. In my church, it is forbidden to read from Revelation during Liturgy.

Saudi Marriage 'Expert' Advises Men in 'Right Way' to Beat Their Wives

Garbage collection wouldn't be so bad, they can make some good money if you don't mind the smell... I'm not Russian, but... I know that in Russia, individualism is very much important, as well as the collective, especially right now. People still whine and complain about the government...

Saudi Marriage 'Expert' Advises Men in 'Right Way' to Beat Their Wives

But didn't Saladin turn around and massacre women and children as well...? Is that justified? I have respect for Saladin's instances of mercy. But I wouldn't want to be a dhimmi, or in a society with stringent apostasy laws as in the Shari'a. But that was when he was blackmailed into it...

As a Christian what are your thoughts?

Hypothetically, you could choose not to go that route just because it's " easy ". Aging, sickness, death, etc. were results from Adam and Eve's transgressions, not sins in and of themselves. Aging is not a sin (that would really suck), but in my faith, Homosexuality is. I assume it cannot...

As a Christian what are your thoughts?

Well, I believe that the Bible is the Word of God, and those humans were divinely inspired. Action doesn't always mean committing an evil to prevent worse things. There are all sorts of actions, good and bad. In my religion, it is against human nature to be homosexual, no exceptions. We...
