Does anyone have any insight on Tubal-Cain and his daughter?

Just did a little digging myself. "The Pillars of Tubal Cain" is a very well-received book, but is incredibly expensive. Could this be what you are looking for?

Does anyone have any insight on Tubal-Cain and his daughter?

The only book that I know of is "The Forge of Tubal Cain" Which you have probably found while searching. I have a vague feeling that Doreen Valiente may have covered the subject in one or more of her books but I cannot be sure.

What would the world be like without Jesus?

Some of your earlier posts show that you have little understanding of history. Today your appalling ignorance is confirmed.

I really am finding it hard to believe somebody could actually post something like this.

What Movies Have You Seen Recently?

Some years ago I started watching 'Event Horizon' but never saw it all. I saw it mentioned on a list of 'cult films' that has previously given some good tips. So I thought of giving it a second chance. It seems to be a cross between Alien and Solaris but lacks the quality of either. It has quite...

What Movies Have You Seen Recently?

I have finally got around to seeing 'Harold and Maude' and am extremely glad that I did. Until the end, Maude was the ultimate feel-good factor for me. A superb film. It was a nice reminder of how good Cat Stevens was too.

    Try the Trinity.

That's good. I have always been interested in this, and more than a little mystified.

    Ursula Le Guin

I had not heard of this so had to google it. It is described as having "the force of a modern myth." That is a pretty powerful recommendation I think.

    Members that I Miss

Next month I will have been a member for a year. I have already seen quite a few come and go. @badger I hope he will return. A very interesting man. @Unveiled artist. Not here long, but I liked her. I am sure some of the long-timers recall many characters. So, who do you miss?

    Reincarnation

Good points. @Lostsoul13 it would be very interesting if you would elaborate on the knowledge that you mention. I would also like to know why you call yourself lostsoul. What is it that makes you lost compared to the rest of us?

    Reincarnation

If not where did I come from? I have a strong tendency to believe in reincarnation/rebirth. Despite that, I must be honest and say that most of your post made no sense to me. You know this how? Never heard of souls dying, where does this come from?

    Spirituality and the Arts

Which means what? Atheist or Believer? Please do not use divisive phrases like this. I did not join the forum to serve an apprenticeship. I would expect the same responses regardless of my membership time.

    God is very forgiving!

So the Bible is poetry and is so for believers. Now poetry can be tricky and in my experience is not on the reading list of that many people. So I have to ask how do large numbers of people know what to take from it and why is it used in preference to plain speech?

    Spirituality and the Arts

No wil, be fair. I don't see this as repetition, spirituality and poetry are different (I think?). I am interested in @Aupmanyav 's ideas of a godless spirituality. The Buddhist part of me relates to it. My agnostic part is always seeking new ideas.
