What Movies Have You Seen Recently?

namaste all, the most recent movie that i've seen was Mad Max:Fury Road. i thought it was terrible in nearly every way that a movie could be with the sole exception being the real stunts and action bits. still... that hardly makes up for the lack of plot. there wasn't a compelling story...

    Vegetarian

Namaste Ahanu, i had been a vegetarian for more than a decade until recently (a story for another time perhaps). in my case my view was informed by my religious practice even though my religious practice doesn't require it of me, if that makes sense. i was never a vegan in any case since a...

    Your meditation practice

i think that's a good idea. when i used to drive a lot for work i'd do a driving meditation where i envisioned all of the bumpers and rear lights to be the smiling faces of the Buddha and that would allow me to greatly mitigate the stresses involved with commuting in the DC area. metta, ~v

    Gaming?

I do, Wil. i think that may have something to do with the games themselves though. i think a fair amount of folks my age and older tend to see "video games" as a rather monolithic whole that has a "sameness" outside of the medium which is used to convey the story of the game. that's not...
