Wil, most Jews learn nothing about Jesus or John the Baptist in our Jewish education. I have studied literature from other faiths, including Christianity, so I know a little about John the Baptist.

But I think if you want some thoughts about John, it might be helpful to provide more background, as well as where your perspective is coming from, to get the discussion started .
