hmmm it was up just the other day.
Basically the point I found interesting was the fact that with their billion watt power supply and directional antennae they said they can basically "paint" any design or pattern they want with it. They use the ionosphere to bounce signal back down and then receive it back so they can use it for underground analysis and surveillance...among other things.
So....coincidence that the crop circles just so happened to begin when these projects began????
I think it is more than that.
Also, a guy who used a similar project to find oil and gas under the ground was doing so with incredible accuracy with only 30 watts beamed into the ground. He sounded quite worried that they are pumping a billion watts into the sky.
Not too bright. Lots of potentially bad consequences.
Plus it seems to be an incredibly capable behavior modification tool...among other things.
