Looks like I'll be signing on to do an MA in Christian Spirituality this September, with a special emphasis on inter-religious dialogue.

Good grief, I might well end up more boring and tediously pedantic than ever!

So what do you think inter-religious dialogue means? Interfaith discussion with respecting other religions? Learning how to counter their arguments and return with the good news?

Yes.

Learning how to counter their arguments and return with the good news?

Yes, but it's not a case of 'countering' so much as comparing. I tend to share with other Traditions, and counter distortions of my own.
