Baha'is will be observing Naw-Ruz starting Wednesday evening after sunset... this is the Baha'i New Year and will be 170th year of the Baha'i Era (BE) and it concludes the Nineteen Day Fast.
Many people including Muslims and Zoroastrians in Iran and Afghanistan as well as Parsees in India will also be observing Naw-Ruz. It is the ancient Persian New Year.
Baha'is often gather and share food and have fellowship as well as going to parks or nature surroundings for picnics!
