It had some interesting symbolism of the cross .. and at the end it had a kind of rebirth of the boy thought to be dead.. I'm not sure as I don't speak Farsi but that's what it appeared to be to me...

I couldn't figure out though how come the villagers didn't locate the boy..but it was interesting...
