Healthy foods play an important role to maintain the health, and prevent from various diseases. Eat natural and organic foods rather than processed and junk foods for the healthy eating. For the healthy diet we need proper amount of vitamins, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, mineral, and nutrition. To get all these foods elements we must eat all kinds of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, meat, fish, eggs, and all dairy products.
 
Dairy is losing its healthy claim....it is great if that is all you have...or if you are a baby cow....but if you have a grocery store with a plethora of fruits and veggies from season to season...milk and cheese are a drain on most bodies... after years of saying you needed dairy calcium for strong bones we now know that it actually leaches calcium from your body and countries with the highest dairy consumption have the highest cases of osteoporosis...

Meat...same mode, if that is all you have...eat it....but there are many better choices of protein that don't have the negative side effects to ourselves or our environment.
