They're starting to deny entry of Baha'i children to secondary education in Iran...hitherto Baha'i youth had been denied entry to universities...

See the following:

The administration at the government-run Martyr Khonsari secondary school in Shiraz has refused to enroll the children of Behrouz Farzandi Ardekani because the family are Baha’is. ...Nevertheless, the school administration and the Department of Education have continued to refuse to enroll the children of this Bahai family. Numerous Bahai youth have also been denied entry to tertiary education in Iran, or have been expelled when their religious beliefs were discovered.
