Fine Motor Skills....

I'm sorry to hear that. I've got an old back injury that means an hour's digging lays me out the next day.

It happens. Part of life. Going slower makes one more reflective. I used to get a couple loads (12 cubic metres) of topsoil and then wheel it all about the property. It was quite enjoyable. But heck, now it's half a wheelbarrow full, and about 6 per day. Jackhammering or wheeling concrete was a lot tougher, but for that we have to go way back. Last year's minor heart attack was from digging. It's now just mental control ... knowing what the body can handle.
