Is any intelligence or knowledge bound by form?

I don't know. If it is (bound by form) then it basically means that when I die -- if my light goes out forever -- when I cease to perceive -- that the universe will cease to exist. For me. Because there won't be a ME to know anything at all?

I believe this falls under the all encompassing "we don't know"
There are many who have and still do speculate. There are many based on others speculations or writings are sure they know, or have faith they know, or believe they know, or hope they know, or would prefer to live based on a notion that what they have in their mind is true, and that assists them day by day.
