How 'bout making a sub-category entitled 'Code of Conduct' for that thread under site news, so new members can find it more easily?

Always going to be spammers, trolls and the like, code of conduct or not. Just thought it'd be helpful for legitimate posters if it were easier to find. As is, doubt newbies would even know where to look.

True. You all raise good points. I've created a sub-category specifically for the code of conduct under General and I moved the Code of Conduct thread to that location.
