I love it... It is silly...

But if you are doing a space flight test, you might as well let something fly...and the video stream borders on hillarious

the relanding of the boosters and take off was awesome...

I knew the main craft wrecked as soon as they announcers relayed "We lost signal, and will report when we have more information....their faces gave away the bad news.

I thought that photo was a fake the first time I saw it. I agree, pretty cool, although part of me wonders about Earth-made products colliding with asteroids or leaving contaminants in space that we later think are original to outer space. I know there's only a .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of that happening, but I do still think about it.

The test launch was going to happen, might as well have some sort of cargo...but they couldn't take up a contracted load...as it was still just a test..but the few hundred thousands this payload costs when the rest already had to be done is just a fraction of cost of what a super bowl commercial would be and this thing is gonna keep on going...good shot at becoming a viral meme...
