I was.at a celebration about a decade ago and the guys are all dancing and they kept telling me.get your hands up, as they are all pumping their arms in the air... I realized I don't dance with my arms up, that was more foreign than the celebration and the food...which was all excellent!

The celebrations can get quite elaborate like this one in Fiji a few years ago.
Sort of like Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Independence Day all rolled into one
