Yes I personally see knowledge is a bounty given of God. We are to pursue both Material and Spiritual knowledge as both guide us to Truth.

In the end we have to accept that we are limited, we can not know it all.

Perhaps though knowledge has sometimes to be obtained from difficult places, and refined like precious gold from bedrock, or dived out like pearls from dark depths. What come easy just gets wasted ...
