Dear WestHost Client,

We are applying changes to our network as part of our ongoing upgrades to our core infrastructure, which will take place from 15th December 2021 at 22:00 MST until the 16th December 2021 at 04:00 MST (Mountain standard time)

This will impact our data centre, resulting in a network downtime of 2 hours on one or more of your servers within that data centre.

This maintenance is now scheduled to start earlier at 16.00 instead of at 22.00 Mountain Time on the 15th December

That is from 1.30am to 11.30 am Thurs 16th GMT

I'm sorry to inform you that due to unforseen circumstances the work arranged to take place on the 15th of December 22:00 MDT until 16th December 04:00 MDT has been rescheduled to take place on the 15th of December 18:00 MDT until 16th December 04:00 MDT.

We are writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window that will affect your services.

We are applying changes to our network as part of our ongoing upgrades to core infrastructure in our data center facility, which will take place from 15th December 2021 at 22:00 MDT until the 16th December 2021 at 04:00 MDT.

What's the impact?

This will impact our data centre, resulting in a network downtime of 2 hours on one or more of your servers within that data centre.

Several precautions are currently in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While the maintenance on some services may complete faster than others, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of the full maintenance window.
