I believe Christ is who He says He is, He's my foundation. I had to the view the teachings through an intrinsic way, Gnosticism; more or less. Along with brutal shadow work I didn't know I was doing for 4 to 5 years of my life. I suppose I alchemized pertaining towards how I saw the world. And my perspective kept changing for those years, but I always kept finding solid ground. even when I lacked understanding and felt like I was falling. I became interested in all manner of spirituality. Been looking into Zoranstrianism, for reasons a few bible verses got me interested.

Welcome, @Draco99! I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I do, or even more!

When you say you didn't know you were doing shadow work, do you mean that looking back now, and knowing about shadow work, this is what you were doing? What would you have done differently if you had known what was going on?

I quoted from Jesus and the Bible I don't understand your problem with my post. but please explain so I adjust future posts. shalom
Try not to remain as ignorant of our code of conduct as you are about everything else. Just read it, and then go figure. No-one has the time to try explaining all your mistakes to you. I surely do not

I would say If I knew I was doing shadow work in that time span, it wouldn't have the same impact that it did. I honestly don't think I would've changed the outcome for anything else.

Namaste ytzak,

We are working to raise the bar on decorum in discussion. As humans we create a code of conduct to assist. But is is not just the literal interpretation of the code...but the intent we strive for.

Not just quoting Jesus as snark, but putting the mind of christ in your mind (since you are discussing Christianity)

Increasing amicable discussion and interfaith understanding instead of stifling it...

Shalom

Not just quoting Jesus as snark
Could begin by accurately quoting Jesus and the Bible, not some bent thumb suck interpretation, imo

It wouldn't make any difference..
Those "orthodox Christians" in the majority still enforce their creed, even if only psychologically.
Anybody would think they were following Jesus himself, rather than the results of their political councils.

So, it's fine to misquote and bend references and quotations?
If that's what you think, what are you doing here? This is an honest forum.

Problem is you cannot answer a direct question, but you divert and change the subject and then turn to individual ad hominem when you get into a corner.

That's honestly why I chose heeding my own council, nothing is as it seems
