I'm not sure where to put this. I'm hoping for an interesting discussion about the miracle-working Galilean "men of action" from Mishnaic and Talmudic sources (hope I got that right), for example Honi the Circle-Maker, and Shimon Bar Yochai, and the literary similarities to some of the Gospel stories about the miracles of Jesus.

I hope @RabbiO, @Geoffrey, @Thomas, @badger and anyone else who is into this kind of text-level comparison will enjoy the topic and contribute.
