Hello everyone, I came across this forum on my spiritual journey and am curious.
A little bit of information about myself:

I have been studying and practicing spirituality for nine years now. As a result, I came across a major topic: why our society is the way it is and why it is so difficult for us to really develop spiritually and use our potential. That's how I came across the Annunaki / Archons / Elohim and got involved extensively with the LHP , Gnosis , Alchemy , Tantra , Occultism and finally came across spiritual tools that we can use for our spiritual liberation. Oddly enough, I haven't found anything about these spiritual tools in literature, YouTube, or well-known gurus and teachers, so I assume that probably nobody has discovered them before me.

But enough about that because I don't want to advertise anything here. My spiritual view is a mixture of the tantric world view and the gnostic world view mixed with the Qlipphot Kabbalistic model. It would take too long to explain this view in detail here.

But enough about me, you are welcome to introduce yourself briefly so that I can get to know you as well.

Welcome to the forums, and thank you for the intro!

What do you believe is unfree about our spirit, that it needs liberating?

The LHP visits here periodically.

For me...I read with interest yet can't keep up.
why it is so difficult for us to really develop spiritually and use our potential
me thinks that is why I can't keep up. I enjoy the material, the earth, baseball and apple pie. Tastes, smells, humans; experiences, relationships...

The life of the monk or serious student is not for me (so far)

I have not found the impetus to need more from religion than making this incarnation a breeze...as I know nothing of a past one or potential of a future one.

All that being said...this is just me...my thoughts nand opinions.

Welcome and enjoy the fray

Our soul is not free. Very few people can spontaneously remember their past incarnations or take a perspective outside of their body? Most people are not connected to their potential. Some religions assume that man is not perfect, so this perfection is attributed to an external impersonal god.

For my part, I believe that spiritual abilities or memories of past incarnations and awareness with oneness and one's potential are natural qualities of our soul and that this is the natural state of the soul. Some teachings are of the opinion that these things only appear after many years of spiritual training and that one has to learn these things first. I am of the opinion that you just have to free the soul to be able to access this potential again.

Interesting, thanks!

Do you view the lack of freedom of the soul as an imperfection, too?

What do you mean by potential?

I'm interested in the broad category of mystical insight. Most accounts of this are formulated in religious language, and I have no trouble using such language to explore the topic, even if my own mystical experience revealed to me that I have no gods or God, and I identify as strongly atheist. I have some training in Theravada Buddhism, and I have some familiarity with Western occultism. I live in an interfaith relationship, and my extended family and in-laws cover among them all the great Abrahamic faiths.

What do you mean by potential?

Yes, because if I can't use the original abilities of the soul and I'm not in the original state of the soul, then that limits me. Some people may get along with this limitation because they have forgotten the original state and think it should be like this. But for me it is a limitation and I feel the need to restore the original state.

By potential I mean the totality of all possibilities and abilities of the soul.

I personally believe that the human soul can originally be very creative, to speak in religious language I could use the term Adam Kadmon from Kabbalah.

For me, connecting with this potential means having these opportunities and abilities available again and being able to perceive them.

Thanks for going into detail. Sounds very Gnostic, for sure :)

Welcome again, and I hope to see you in the forum discussions. It's been quiet, don't hesitate to join in any threads or start topics you are interested in.
