In India there is onety with politics, art, music, religion, science and philosophy.
I like that. Why do we not the same. Protestants say the same as Boeddhists it must also be practist in what you belief in deeds and not just words. We never came that far. So only music and Hollywood music cure me. And the best singer from the whole world is a Hindu and the only who understand things in the whole world is Hindu who is a Hinduist and not of another country or white color. Because white color people try to be eastern. But They are not truly understand it as well a native Hindu from and born in India.

I said the best male voice in the whole world comes from India and it is even healing what I never felt with all the other voices in the whole world.
Aren't there music and entertainment chats and forums out there, good householder? Those singing and entertaining aren't really either in the sphere of believe (in higher) nor spiritual, but simply sense-addicted and dealing. What's the heal if craving arises?

So ...which male Indian singer?

Which Hollywood musicians soothe your soul?

I have driven for hours listening to Hindu chants and mantras....

Whose voice is it that drove you to start a thread?

(Note, I see Hollywood as video makers, movies, TV shows.and commercials...they hire composers, musicians, actors, directors...but I don't see it as the center of our music industry.

It is long time ago and a few weeks ago I coinsidental walk into a song, sang by a Hindu male so extremely beautiful. Yet It was coinsidental and so I do not remember their names unfortunately.

I have known many a Christian who refused.to listen to or chant Hindu mantras...the uttering of unknown words and concerns of interfaith prayers or "spells".

Your affinity for same surprised me

I will do my best to respond with the understanding I have, recognizing my limitations as a white man. Please be patient with me, as I am aware that my perspective may not match the depth of your insights. I am a Buddhist, but am I trying to adopt an Eastern identity as you suggested? Not at all.

One thing I do understand is that certain matters go beyond the physical realm. However, as a white man, what can I truly know? What I do know is that in Buddhism, the focus is on healing oneself from within. I don’t typically rely on music or external influences for my personal growth, as that would mean my emotions are a slave to the Music, I prefer to have the control over my emotions.

So, I ask you, wise person of Hindu knowledge, what will you do when the music stops?

Yours truly
A Non Hindu white Fool.

Thanks, Spiritualbee, for your inspiring appreciation of India and things Indian.
But first, I would like you to use some correct spellings, for example:
Use 'Buddhists' in place of 'Boeddhists', 'follower of Hinduism' rather than 'Hinduist'.
Well, the whole world is not Hindu and we do not regret it. We do not mind diversity.
Many Western people understand Hinduism very well. We are thankful to them.
They were the first to preserve and translate our scriptures from Sanskrit, and sort of opened the gates for us for further investigation.
Life itself is a song, music in its own sense. Chandogya Upanishad talks about 'Udgita' which I translate as 'emerging song of life'. :D
