Today I was at a Buddhist center (my first time in such a place).I decided to do some Buddhist meditation. But I ended up just immersing myself in myself.
A huge smile involuntarily spread across my face—so big that I probably looked like the Joker from the Batman movies.
My arms crossed over my chest, clasping my shoulders.
And then my right hand grabbed me by the throat.
But it didn't choke me, it just grabbed me by the throat.
My eyes rolled back in my head, my jaw clenched, my whole face wrinkled. But most of all, the VERY tight smile was disconcerting, stretching from ear to ear.
It was unusual; I scared everyone there. What could that be?
The devil?
I had visions of all this before, but I never let them happen because of the fear of the unknown.
