Life as a chicken fried steak

I ate lunch last week with some ladies who have their offices in Grubbs Hall. The ladies were enjoying all manner of healthy food while I was engaging in my search for the world’s best chicken fried steak. The current champion is from Jim’s Steak House although I will say the Piccadilly’s down in Tulsa does a creditable job.
