Hello all.
I was reading a lot about Raja Yoga... It has many similiarities but many differences as well. Can someone who knows buddhism and Raja yoga explain the differences and why they occured?
From my very humble understanding the difference is this. Buddhism practices mostly Vipassana (Mindfullness), Raja Yoga Samadhi (concentration). They are both experiential, and its practitioners claimed that their results are most accurate.
Who is right? Both, either, neither, not wrong and not right?
Thank you.
