Is there any remover of difficulty save God? say: praise be God he is God, all are his servants and all abide by his bidding.

I have a question about this beautiful prayer revealed by the Bab. What does he mean by "all are his servants and all abide by his bidding"?

Hope you don't mind me adding this post - but the above quote reminded me of a Bengali saying: 'Rakhe krsna mare ke, mare krsna rakhe ke'

"If Krishna kills you, nobody can protect, And if Krishna protects you, nobody can kill you."

Could it be that the speaker is stating that we are all God's servants in one way or another, whether we want to be or not? Even if one claims not to be a servant of God, still we are all under the control of the laws of the universe, which in turn one could argue are under the control of God?

My apologies if I'm way off - it's a total guess on my part.

Well...hopefully Krishna will not kill us... You know He didn't go into the battle of Kurukshetra armed..

But yes I would agree with you on your statement:

we are all God's servants in one way or another, whether we want to be or not?

I think its a reference to the will of God (hence "bidding") , and that nothing can change anything besides God.

I'm not sure if I should answer your question here or in a message, but I guess I have chosen to answer it here...Go figure. We recently moved to beautiful St. Ignace, Michigan on the Straits of Mackinac. We will be opening a store on main street in March called Mackinac Coast. We are still traveling weekends to shows around Michigan so personally we are fairly busy, but not burdened. Sadly, we are still isolated, though we are able to keep in touch with Baha'i friends. Thank goodness for the internet. As we spend more time in St. Ignace and less time on the road, I hope I can put a little more effort in forums such as this one, though, if I may say, you guys are really terrific and I am not sure I can add much accept some support. I hope all is well with you as well.
