thanks for asking. Let's just say it's going .. first week over and starting to struggle with headaches and feeling sick when I do eat.
The good news is I have stopped smoking completely, I am really enjoying my prayers and the days are getting shorter lol![]()
oh yeah I remember that, i fasted once for Ramadan by the last week I was used to it, but the first week was hard, i ended up drinking about 2 pints of water in the morning and eating about 4 wheatabixes, what do you have for breakfast ?
thats great, smoking is so bad for you much as i love it, i just cant smoke any more. have you taken time off work for Ramadan ?
