Is there a way to find out

How can a person who is not astralling communicate with a person who astralling to them. In other words how does one find out who is astralling to them at that moment. Many times I feel someone astralling to me, touching me but I dont know who it is and I would like to communicate with them when they do - find out who it is. I am not afraid at all

Why not learn how to do astral projection and see who might be visiting you ? I have tried for many years and not got too far. In one of Robert Monroe's books he visited a lady whom he knew in the astral , he said she talked to him , but when he asker about the convo, in the phy. she did not remember. desert rat
