Site Is Back Up -- fully functional again

The site went down for several hours due to the php upgrade.

Mmm .. I noticed, and remembered your advance warning that Westhost was making "security upgrades"
during September.

In the meantime The Admin functions are down -- such as processing new users and handling email address and password queries, etc. This is due to a problem with the sql update, and I don't know how long it will take to fix. But the main forums are functioning
