How to do Theology with the Bible

I like his idea about identifying and using Venn diagrams
What does anybody else think?

I am bowing out of popular YouTube theologian discussions because they just leave me cold.

I appreciate their problem for the YouTuber, they must first appeal to the audience they want to talk to.

I am just not that audience ... sorry ... I look and think, "What the hell are you banging on about ... and why?"

Well darn. 😕

I still can't in any way buy the creator G!d. That old white man in the sky is stuck in my brain and pokes out everytime I hear the word.

Butch is the closest I can get and even his use of the word makes the hairs stand up and stomach rumble.

Well that does rather puts you at odds with the whole Abrahamic thing ...
As I see it the Jews and their prophets came down from the mountain and across the desert and wrote down what they devined.

Jesus and his band of merry followers said "Yeah, but..."

And then the.mountain came to Mohamed.

And the Bahaualla, Bab, Halle Sallasi, Joseph Smith, the Transcendental Movement, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Thoraeu, Quinby, Edgar Cayce, Emily Cady, Ernest Holmes, Fillmore....

The stories interpretations and revelations still evolve... I am but riding the boat down the river of evolving thought and not docked or anchored to any belief along the way.

The bible is my goto book, I like the abramic thingy, but also the Buddhist thingy, and Taoist thingy and Hindu thingy.

Like the blues and Jazz.and Rock and Country I enjoy some of all of it and all of none of it. We are all discerning.

Matthew 11:15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. .... Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand!

There's no white man in the sky and rabbits don't lay eggs. You are a grownup since long time, aren't you?
