Correct me if I am wrong, but it appears to me your question is entirely premised on Jesus’ teachings actually being directed to non-Jews not to Jews. I obviously don’t have the depth of Christian knowledge of other members here, but I’m not sure you’ll find much support for that supposition.
I’ve been away the past few weeks, out of the USA, meeting with a variety of different folks. Internet has been spotty most of that time. I’ve got some catching up to do, a conversation or two I left dangling, new conversations to ponder. I will get to them.
I don’t want to disrail this thread, seeing as I am non-Christian, but not a disciple of Jesus. I would, respectfully, like to ask a question of you and this seemed like a good time and place to do so. Would that be okay? If not, I can find an alternative.
I wasn’t trying to argue or start a debate. As I mentioned I was simply answering questions posed in the less restrictive Abrahamic Religions subforum.
Tomorrow eve marks the beginning of Rosh Hashanah, 5786 on the Jewish calendar. If it was not clear from what I wrote above, let me clarify here that my hopes and prayers are for all people, everywhere.

You seem reluctant to acknowledge that Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that Jesus and Michael, the archangel, are one and the same. Why? Anyone can go to the organization’s website, jw.org, for confirmation.
I have had to deal with some of the health issues you have. I wish you well on...
