I got a phone call earlier today from my new nurse practitioner, and she let me know that my a1cs were at 5.6, but I need to increase my water intake...

Me too, getting old. Every one is getting old. Some are pleased about it, some are not. 
Getting younger?
Dying young for stupid reasons (like putting a lit firecracker on your head/being on the "receiving end" of a gunshot/crossing a set of railroad tracks while a train's coming/etc.)
