New Member Intro

Hello Everyone!

I am Meg, also known by my online name HerbGurl, Right now, I am a currently a junior in college, majoring in history, and hoping to get a Master’s in Library and Information Science in the future. I come from a non-practicing Protestant family, and discovered Wicca when I was 16. I followed that path for several years, but I am a bit unsure of my whereabouts right now and feeling the pull towards a more esoteric Christian path and have been researching Gnosticism, Thelema and Hermeticism as of late, as well as the origins of the Tarot. My research obsession is Mary Magdalene, and her role in early Christianity. I have finals coming up at college, so I am going to be mostly lurking, but hopefully I will be posting soon! I love interfaith dicussion and am looking forward to being here.

Always glad to have more over from MM - as yuo can see, we nice a small but great eclectic mix come over here.

As for the history - if I may ask, which period? And it sounds like you have a lot to offer discussions. I'm rooting for you to do well in your exams, and it would be great to be able to wrap you in a few topics here sometime as well.
