Can Jesus as a king accomplish something no other ruler can? Can he make all the earth a real paradise?

He already has accomplished! † Get with it!
I'll go wherever he takes me
it is quite true to say that Jesus acomplished what he came to earth to do many years ago, and it was all part of Gods purpose , and he was willing to do his fathers will , even being put to death ,
But this earth is not yet a paradise, man could never make this earth into a paradise, but Jesus is the one that JEHOVAH is using to get the job done .
Jesus will acomplish even more things for this earth, and as Gods reigning king he will bring peace and paradise to the earth.
For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. 7 To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this. ISAIAH 9;6-7
would you say that the earth now is a paradise with war, sickness, oldage, crime and death. ?
i think it is not a paradise at the momment , that is why in 1 JOHN 5;19 it tells us that the WHOLE WORLD is in the power of the wicked one(satan the devil)
Yes , this earth will be brought back to paradise conditions and it is JESUS who has been given great aurthority to acomplish it, then he will hand the kingdom back to his father .
Next, the end, when he hands over the kingdom to his God and Father, when he has brought to nothing all government and all authority and power. 25 For he must rule as king until [God] has put all enemies under his feet. 26 As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing. 27 For [God] "subjected all things under his feet." But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that it is with the exception of the one who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.

then you need to be with that ever growing GREAT CROWD FROM ALL NATIONS , who are all waving their symbolic palm branch to welcome Gods reigning king REVELATION 7;9-10and they are all in unity
That is what the Bible foretold that people out of all nations would be saying in our day. (Zechariah 8:23)
This is what Jehovah of armies has said, ‘It will be in those days that ten men out of all the languages of the nations will take hold, yes, they will actually take hold of the skirt of a man who is a Jew, saying: "We will go with YOU people, for we have heard [that] God is with YOU people."’"
yes, this is refering to those of the GREAT CROWD who have heard that God is with the SPIRITUAL JEWS,
its nolonger the litral jews, its all about the SPIRITUAL JEWS , and God is with them.
yes going with the right channel is the thing to be doing
