Now who is a leading question a little bit...but one response was

Well often that doesn't fit the mode of definition.

So anyway, sort of like the I love it when thread the idear hear is to just post what you feel "G!d is _______________" fill in the blank.

Now the concept is not to disagree with a previous post or state what G!d isn't, you can expand on some other thought or just add your own. You can change or add to your own in a later post.

But if you would state your belief

G!d is......

Mine comes from a song, G!d is my all and all. While anthropomorphic references are not my cup of tea that doesn't stop me from feeling like I'm crawling up into a chair nestling into the bosum of G!d..funny that huh. But G!d is in everything I see and where I can't see G!d I believe it is due to my eyes and understanding and got to contemplate more and look harder..maybe without reliance on sight. G!d is and that is our blessing.

the safe feeling when you should be panicking,

The first cause, the cause without a cause. The one who is both transcendent from & to some degree (which is debatable) immanent in his creation (both at the same time). The one who shows his wonders both on the horizons & also within man's individual & collective "self". The unity that is reflected in multiplicity. And no vision, thought, theory or technology can completely encompass him.

Yup, thats one way (a very feminine one) of experiencing him. All the larger than life events.

The impetus to start this thread came from driving down the road with the song "G!d is" playing in my head, one my favs when our choir sings it.
