It is interesting the kind of advertising links one finds on this forum. I just clicked on one for something called Quantum Jumping, which the ad claims is far more profound than astral projection and oobes. It also promises success when one learns the techniques to quantum jumping, offered in a free introductory course. Of course, more advanced courses will cost ya. Evidently, you can actually cross over into another parallel world and meet your more successful 'twin' and thus learn from him/her how to be successful here on this world.

Obviously a load of BS, but this is the first time I've heard the term. Has anyone else heard of this or can testify of quantum jumping?

Not heard of it before but not surprised...it was inevitable some modern day snake oil salesman would use these ideas. There really should be a lot more fraud cases tried with this type of sham. Sure there are fools that fall for it...but just as many desperate people who have their judgement clouded by their desperation.
