Hey everyone!

Okay, so I've been spying for a couple of days, without introducing myself... but now I'm emerging from the shadows.

You can call me Steph or steph.gclef, or whatever... as long as I know who you're talking to!;)

I'm currently a sophomore in high school, and Catholic, which means I'll be getting my confirmation in just a few months. I am glad to be getting confirmed, but I still had some questions and wanted to explore some other faiths before I made it official, so my church's youth leader led me here. So far, this site has been very helpful!

Anyways, I guess you'll be seeing more of me in the other forums (though I like to read most of the threads without actually posting)...

P.S. As an indication of my personality, I'll tell you that I am obsessed with Peter Pan (the 2003 movie) and refuse to match my socks. :)

Good form! Captain Hook also has a Peter Pan obsession. Did you ever see the movie Hook? Well you probably should. Capt. Hook is played by Dustin Hoffman, and he does a smashup job very nearly catching Peter Pan. You might pick up a few tips from him, or at least you might enjoy the film.

What questions do you have about religion and Catholicism? Which other faiths do you want to explore?
 
gday steph, and welcome. as regards your socks...... LOL. I bet you have another pair just like them in your sock drawer.

Im catholic and so is Quahom1, feel free to ask and explore. Thats how we learn.

I too belong to the odd socks club.
You should find your time here to be informative, although I have noticed that there is a lull in diversity at present.

i'm not sure I'm looking to pursue other faiths entirely, but I am considering the different sects of Christianity. I'd like to keep many of my existing beliefs and practices.
