  1. Alkalinize the body - Magnesium Turate
  2. Kills desease causing microbes - Allicin
  3. Detox, help your liver - Biocleanse
  4. Control Free radicals - Krill Oil
  5. Food intake - Organic, if you take suplements make sure they are "Live".
  6. Water - Drink clean, clean water
  7. Protect yourself from - Electro Magnetic Radiation, wear clothing coated with silver, just google it.

That's a strange one - silver is a highly conductive metal, alongside copper, so isn't it likely to conduct EM signals?

Also, the body produces its own EM signals, which connect us to the rest of the universe. How is that a good thing? :)

I haven't tried this clothing, and you are right, however. The idea is that we are living now in a world where communications and signals coming from satellites are transmitting in the same frequency range as our bodies and that we need to shield from that.

He is most closely associated with spirituality. However most of the outlets that have him on are on the fringe, UFO related and such.
 
My socks contain silver. When I get enough I'm going to smelt them.

"Alkalinize the body" - No need. The body does this all by itself...

"Kills disease causing microbes" - Allicin - from garlic, does kill some microbes.

"Detox, help your liver" - there is no scientific evidence to support the detox theory. Unless you're an alcoholic, or have hepatitis, your liver should be working fine.

"Control Free radicals" - there are many compounds that are reputed to destroy "free radicals" : vitamin C being the main one. Other "antioxidants" are also reputed to destroy free radicals, responsible for... ageing, cancer, etc, etc. Most of this science is shonky, and dreamt up by cosmetics companies to market their gloop and goo.

"Food intake - Organic". There is no scientific evidence to suggest eating organic food (fruit and veg) is any healthier than non-organic. It's more expensive though.

"If you take supplements make sure they are "Live". There is no evidence that using "live" cultures make a person healthier. Live yoghurt, proto-biotics, etc, again, sound good, and healthy, but they make food and drug manufacturers a shed load of cash. Hippies and neurotics spend lots of dollars buying into these kind of products.

"Water - Drink clean, clean water". In the western world, we have an abudant supply of such.

"Protect yourself from - Electro Magnetic Radiation, wear clothing coated with silver".

There have been recent tests that conclude silver is an effective antimicrobial agent, and various hospitals are trialling using cloth made with silver in it as a barrier against MRSA, etc. There is also a good effect with copper, too. But... neither silver or copper, or aluminium, or any metal, will protect you from electromagnetic radiation. You would have to live in a lead-lined box and never look at the sun. As other posters have pointed out, metals, by their nature, are great conductors! The more pliable the metal, the better a conductor it is... or so they taught me in school...

Seven Steps to health:

1: put down the magic mushrooms
2: step away from the crazy-books
3: eat,
4: exersise,
5: bathe,
6: sleep.
7: if symptoms persist: consult a psychiatrist
 
Breathe deeply, practice breathwork, breathe clean fresh air avoid breathing in toxins.
Drink pure water, drink plenty of water, 1/2 ounce for every pound of body weight per day, again, avoid toxins
Sleep peacefullly, 7-8 hours per day, get that rem, repair that body, and yes that dog/cat waking you is a negative impact on your health (not by day, but by night)
Eat nutritciosly, eat colorful, nutritionallly dense food, as close to source (least refined) as possible (best packaging is a peel/skin) again avoid toxins (pesticides, herbicides, irradiation, gmos)
Enjoy Activity...move whatever it takes...an object at rest stays at rest, rest in peace....
Give and Recieve Love....man of us lack this nutrient, but like hugs, you always get back when you give
Be forgiving....forgiving is a personal heallth benefit. Not forgivng is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die..
Practice Gratitude.....yes finally...start that journal
Develop Acceptanc... don't fight the immovable
Develop a reltaionship with G!d (note, you get to define G!d, YHWH,, Allah, Dharma, Tao, Universe, Goddesses, Science, Love, Oneness, all acceptable in my book)

With practice you could learn to save on inter-planetary long distance calls.
 
Here are some more tips that can leads to healthy living:
Awake up in early morning.
Go for morning walk.
Do exercise regularly.
Eat healthy and balanced foods.
Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables.
Avoid more junk and fast foods.
Participate in some sports activities.
Avoid smoking, and drinking.
and take proper sleep.
