My Musiq

Cool stuff Etu. Nice mix of different influences in your compositions. Is that a great horned owl hoot in Qlip Hop? My favorites are Hieros Gamos, Dance of Arktoi, and Call of Hekate.

Have you ever heard of the Mexican band Moenia? A couple of your synth-guitar mixes remind me of some of their synthpop/new wave songs on their CD Adicion. I heard them live down in Mexico in the late 90's and picked up the disk. You might enjoy listening to Adiccion even if you don't speak spanish; actually their No Hay Fe track has a good message against organized religion and blind faith.

Always up for new music, I will check them out . . . thanks!

Fine mid-Eastern flair to some of the pieces, especially Ouroboros and Call of Hekate. Concerning that last one, parts of it were so appealing that, despite her reputation as a femme fatale, I almost took the call, on my mobile, until I heard that gravelly, demonic sound which freaked me out (I scare easily).

I am a big, BIG Dead Can Dance (Lisa Gerrard) fan and am still bemoaning the untimely loss of Ofra Haza. Have you ever heard G.O.L’s. Angelica In Delirium? It’s not as dark as your material, but is still an unusual musical trip into the Solomon and Sheba archetype. A female reader of classics reads portions of the Song of Solomon while what sounds to me like a Muezzin, and an appropriately forlorn one at that, makes his lamentable call in the background. I inadvertently started it with parts of your On the Glowing Wings of Science and had to call in late to work because the at times discordant but still hypnotic music caused me to have intense acid flashbacks and I decided to stay home, for once, and enjoy them.

Thank you, at any rate, for the link to your music.

Priceless advice . . . please do tell! I am currently soliciting work in the Gaming Industry and an intelligent, young man's opinions about what sounds good in what games is what they want to hear!:)

lux is in finals week right now, but said he will post his opinions regarding games and your music on your profile page soon. (Don't want to violate the IO CoC)

Etu, courtesy of sg I now have 3 of your tunes on an mp3 player :)

It set me looking...

In a former life I had some cheap music software and under some great delusion I uploaded some of it. And I've tracked a tune down! That's the trouble with the web, it's there forever!

Lord, that's staying in the locker

I have no idea; sg would have to enlighten you. Do you not want this? Do you want me to delete them? I'm sorry if this shouldn't have happened.
Well, artists like to get paid for their efforts but you can keep the music, I would like you to have it.

Many thanks. Cos I couldn't play your stuff I didn't spend much time on your site; I assumed (incorrectly) the three tracks were free downloads.
