(so brilliantly , not just in "reading text" but in "reading the world")
is begin to put a tight rein upon
1. one's dreams
2. one's imagination

thus , the tendency of true monotheism is to be (rigorously) iconoclastic
to distrust all visual imagery as idolatry , including great Renaissance art

Christianity is born into a milieu of Zoroastrian fantasies
which Christianity never quite develops the emotional-tools to wean itself from
(not till modern science evolves directly out-of medieval scholasticism)

& it is this ability of Christianity to
1. (bad) surrender to dreams , &
2. (good) surrender to the imagination
which has created (post-Renaissance) Western Civilization as we know it

Nice similes, but, supernatural creatures do not run around, unless you add to it some more details about what you mean by supernatural creatures. Even the supernatural, IMO, does not go with creatures, as this implies creation, and nothing supernatural has been created.

Angelic beings are supernatural in a way.

Angels are not beings. Angels is the name given to messengers or emanations. Remember the ladder of Jacob? When he was running away from his brother Esau toward Padan Aran, a strange land, he stopped in Betel for the night and had a dream. A gigantic ladder would stand from the place where his head laid all the way up to heaven. Then, the text says that angels would go up and then down. If angels are supernatural beings, why would they first go up on the ladder of Jacob and then down? Because they were emanations; the anxieties of Jacob for some peace of mind about his future uncertainties in a foreign land where he had never been before. Then, his thought would ascend to God and return with the answer that every thing would be all right. (Gen. 28:12-15)

People are human beings. Angels are Angelic beings. They have bodies souls and spirits just like people do , minds free will everything.

People are human beings. Angels are Angelic beings. They have bodies souls and spirits just like people do , minds free will everything.

In that case, Jesus did not know what he was talking about when he said that God is a Spirit, and that the only way to relate to Him is in a spiritual manner. Angels are emanations, and emanations are incorporeal abstractions. (John 4:24) God is the only Spiritual Being we can think of Him to be. Only in dreams or visions they can appear in a corporeal form. (Numb. 12:6)
