For Those Who Believe in Reincarnation:

Fodder, Chaff, or Food for Thought?

The Past Lives of Jesus Christ According to Edgar Cayce

"I and my Father are one. Then they took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shown you from my Father; for which of these do you stone me? They answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God. Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law: I said 'you are gods?" - John 10:30-34, Jesus quoting Psalm 82:6 to defend his teaching that God dwells within all human beings.

Fodder, Chaff, or Food for Thought?
Chaff, I'm afraid.

As is so often the case, a verse is plucked out of context and paraded round like a flag. Read the whole Psalm, and then read John ... I reckon the sarcasm in His voice was what infuriated them most.

I get the same answer I initially got ...
Incarnation is linear - moves forward w/time ...
Kind of like "Roll w/the changes - yeah - yeah - roll w/the changes" ...
Oops! I forgot no singing!
Still don't understand why my late husband didn't like hearing my raw screeching yet happy singing! :D
