It occurred to me this weekend that I don't really discuss matters of faith here, rather it's philosophy. Sadly I am not of the school that believes that all opinions are of equal in merit, nor that the Philosophy of Relativism can assert anything other than its own uncertainty.
So it occurred to me the difference between is is not what I might think or believe, it's how. It's a far more fundamental difference.
If you do a Catholic Theology degree, philosophy plays a very big part. So I'll leave you with the single most insistent philosophical wisdom I learned there.
That nothing is beyond you.
Always question. But not what others think, any moron can do that. Question what you think, and don't settle for yesterday's answer, it might occlude today's insight.
