Cats

Our Dobly crossed the Rainbrow Bridge yesterday.

Mouser, birder, ratter, squirreler and fisherman (we returned neighbour's koi carp minus a few scales)

Eighteen years old, developed a tumour that proved inoperable/untreatable ... for the first time in more than 40 years we are without a four-footed friend in the house.

As okieinexile has hypothesized, there is a fixed number of :kitty:s one can live with at any time before Mother Nature steps in and either adds or subtracts a :kitty:.

It may take some time but at least one will show up to fill the void left by Dobly while he hunts alongside Jakie, Apache, Greycat and several other proficient :kitty: hunters on the other side.

I passed by the :kitty: café here when I spotted a sign that really interested me: $5 Wednesdays, then a couple of tabbies rooted me.

I wished I had a five-spot to spare... Maybe next week or the week after (or the week after that, etc.) Even better if I had a twenty.

I think this belongs here more than jokes...as it ain't no joke!

From Russia, with meows:

eta: Cole and Marmalade's little "sisters" are featured, especially Jugg:

This may take your mind/s off of almost any stressors ( :kitty:s playing with new toys.)

Just found out from DB that Annie Blackley passed away last week (she was the one that reacted each time DB would have one of his cluster seizures [if he had one epileptic seizure, it would end up being a cluster of them].)

At least she's with Thunder and their human servant...

A sweet story from China:

The English is a tad weak, but it's worth it to take a moment or two to mentally "fix" the titles...
