Database errors

Getting the, "you do not have permission to access the forum on this server" error again.

Gee that went through.... wouldn't let me post in the "Skipped Heartbeats" thread a while ago. I'll try again.:rolleyes:

Ok, took several tries, but I just got it to post. I had to keep editing and adding a little bit at a time. Think I'll quit for the night while I'm ahead...

Thanks for the notice. Still having issue today? I put a ticket in for them to clear the cache and flush our connections.

This is the first I've tried since last night. The issue seemed to be with the length of the post. Character count and space limitations. If so, clearing the cache should take care of it. Then again the IT department operates on a different plane than the rest of us.:D
 
Cache flushed yesterday at 2pm EST. Hopefully it is better now. With all the long replies, it is easy for it to fill up quickly.
 
Just because its always of interest for people who care with heart.
There are every day times when serial errors accure. From data base error till the page can not be reached out of capacity.
Not skilled in all this regards, thats all Atma can share. he just heard that shared server space make often problems.

We've had problems with this on and off. We have a pretty lousy hosting company for the forum that we're stuck with. I'll submit a ticket to have them clear the cache again. Sorry for the errors, Samana.
 
Apologies for those of you who have been getting the "no permission" or "not enough resources" error messages the last few days. Since clearing the cache didn't seem to help, our glorious hosting company has elevated my ticket to the second tier of support staff. They say they'll have it fixed by end of day Monday.
 
Second tier support staff. Impressive. Pulling some kid out of 3rd grade studies just for us!

P.S. I was going to put a big green grin after that comment, but apparently I don't have permission to do that either....

I got it a few days ago when trying to post a gif, but I posted a youtube link instead.
 
Two servers down at host so we're on limited resources through the morning at least. "Swear you'll be back to speed tomorrow."

I'm skeptical of level 2's words so I elevated our ticket. Should be talking with a level 3 tomorrow.

We're back at full resources and found a bot that was crashing a database. Should be good to go. Let me know if you all have other errors. Thanks.
