Your Daily Rant

To Whom it May Concern,

If you order something, check it before you leave the counter! Especially if you have a medical condition that prohibits certain seasonings! Once you take a bite, the item must be tossed out! It's a Health Department regulation!

To Whom it May Concern #2,

You don't need to order the exact same item that I do! There are/were other items on the menu that are vegetarian, plus you don't have the dietary restrictions that I do!

To Whom it May Concern #3,

Your "little pwecious" didn't start screaming until I had to leave my blood draw. I kept their mind off of their blood tests by just talking about other things, keeping their mind off of what was going on. You had to return "little pwecious"'s mind to the "nasty needle"! I'm a "veteran" of blood draws/other tests, and I can scream/get combative with the best of them! If you don't want to traumatize your kids for the rest of their lives, back off!

To Whom it May Concern,

If you have more than three food assistance cards in your possession, separate them from each other and write the PINs on colour-coded Post-It Notes. It shouldn't take you over a quarter of an hour to find the correct PIN, especially when there's over $100(US) worth of food that had to be put back on the shelves because you didn't have the funds otherwise, plus you held up the line! At least the firefighters went to the self-serve checkout lanes (otherwise another station would've had to answer a tone!)

To Whom it May Concern #2,

If you cannot find your bus pass/funds on your "smart phone", wait for the next/one of the following busses to get on! The public transit lines have on every bus and almost every shelter signs that ask you to have the correct fare ready before getting on the desired bus! It's one reason fares have gone up (people getting on without paying!) If you don't like it, walk!

To Whom it May Concern,

If management is busy with another neighbour, there are other things to do until everything's clear. Would you interrupt an EMT that's working on your elderly friend, just for a hangnail?

To Whom it May Concern #2,

There are rules about where you can talk about your favourite candidate, and none are ten feet from the polls! (I apologize for the mildly political rant here.) Next time, I'm going to bring Tomodachi with me! (He's about as long as a three-year-old is tall, plus he's got his full armament!) Oh, and it's not my fault you forgot to bring your valid ID...

To Whom it May Concern #3,

How does one mute projectile vomiting? I'm just curious...

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

If an EMT comes in wearing a medical boot, notice it, then keep all questions about it to yourself. His medical history is none of your d@mn business!

To Whom it May Concern #2,

My question about lithium battery fires was rather important due to the fact that pretty much everyone here has some device that uses them, ranging from cell phones to electric wheelchairs (if not larger.) Management needed to know the information provided, moreso than your yeast infection!

To Whom it May Concern #3,

The last sweet bun in the vending machine got caught on another product, costing me a dollar and seventy-five cents. I had to spend the extra because the original purchase got tangled up in the same d@mn product! I can't eat the third product due to the fact that it contains undefined gelatin (I kinda enjoy breathing...) plus that product costs close to four dollars American, the most expensive item in the machine!

Mother Nature,

You know where this kvetch is going!

Why is it that whenever I call a company to ask a question I ALWAYS get "We are having unusually high customer requests at this time, blah, blah, blah.

If a company is always having a higher volume of customers calling than normal, isn't the higher volume the new normal?!?!?!?!?

Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Yep. And you'd think they'd hire more people to handle that higher volume.

What about when you call a company and the automated system gives the option for English. Then, someone answers and can barely speak English.

AT&T ! I asked once where the CS agent was located.
Philippines!
Yes,arrrrgh!

Rant of my day.

When we get ready to marry,we're so excited. The dress, the ritual of it all. The rest of our lives with him doesn't seem long enough. Ahhh, 💕 love.

Those last lines in the traditional vows, "....till death us do part."

Let me tell you, in a bad marriage there are a great many ways to die.

Choose carefully. Know your worth, your values, and never ever settle.

This is not in my life however,it is my advice:

If he,she, hits you,LEAVE!
And never go back.
He'll,she'll, never do it again? They did it that time. That should be enough to show you, they'll do it again.

When someone shows you who they are the first time, believe them!

To Whom it May Concern,

When were you going to inform me that my mixing bowl was cut somehow/had holes in it? Were you going to tell me the next time you came to "help" me?

To Whom it May Concern #2,

I'm too young for Medicare! Remove my unlisted phone number, especially when it's on the Do Not Call list!

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

I don't know you and you don't know me.

Knock it off with your phone calls loud enough to be heard across the community room, especially concerning stuff that cannot be verified one way or the other! You can lose your own flat!

To Whom it May Concern,

A freight train is a bit heavier than either public transportation or a pedestrian! Chill!

To Whom it May Concern #2,

The lady that assisted me was obviously early third trimester, if not mid third trimester. You could've asked someone from the Information/Registration Desk to have a volunteer push your bloody wheelchair if you couldn't handle it yourself (the person in question was just tired, and not very tired to boot...)

To Whom it May Concern #3 and #4,

You were on the same public transportation to and from the hospital, taking up three seats! Those seats are reserved for elderly/disabled/people with strollers(prams)! There are laws prohibiting you from sleeping on public transportation! The driver could've stepped off the bus at Sixth Precinct since it was where a legitimate stop was, or he could've called for Transit Security to arrest you!

To Whom it May Concern #5,

I had already paid my fare at the little kiosk at the bus stop. You didn't. I'm not paying your fare!

To Whom it May Concern,

Where are my vinegars (a gallon of white and a gallon of cider vinegar)? Ditto my half gallon of sweetened iced tea that I made?

To Whom it May Concern #2,

I'm not old enough to qualify for one of the monthly boxes of free food (the minimum age is/was sixty-two...) I "scavenge" stuff that is "leftover" on the community room's counter, usually to supplement groceries...

To Whom it May Concern #3,

I don't qualify for your program. I'm not on Medicare (it's a government program for those that qualify for Social Security.) Stop calling me about enrolling me in either program!

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

There's a difference between real and fake EMS. I was allowed to let the EMS personnel into the building because they (more than likely) had a "client" somewhere inside. My flat overlooks the fire lane, so I can see things that you can't from yours. Shut the fluff up!

To Whom it May Concern #2,

Please leave your dog at home. He's not a service dog, no matter how much you try to argue that he is. I was lucky that the bank was right near the ER (and my flat!) I had to go to the bank because I needed to have some dimes counted (turned out that I had thirty four dimes in my possession at the time.) Anyway, a legitimate service dog will only "act up" if the handler needs legitimate assistance, otherwise, they're "four-on-the-floor"!

To Whom it May Concern,

Much, if not most, of Milwaukee County's electrical grid, was out! You're not special! Hell, I had soaked spaghetti for dinner because the stove was out! (It was out from 07:00 Thursday evening until 10:00 Saturday [Caturday]!)

To Whom it May Concern #2,

The Trio is worth more to me than your fluffing candidates! Leave us alone! (I apologize for the slight political slant here...)

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

One of my medications used to cost a penny for the copayment. Why do I have to pay a fluffing dollar now for the same copayment!?

To Whom it May Concern #2,

Why did you give your brat something from the bakery without paying for it first? Oh, and why give the same brat stuff from the produce section (again, without paying)? Then there was the trip through the candy aisle, the cereal aisle and the carbonated beverage aisle...! I'm grateful that nothing was taken from the ice cream novelties (as were the people that work at the store, I bet!)

To Whom it May Concern #3,

Drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited on public transit property! Hell, it's posted that even having open containers of alcohol is prohibited! You aren't a special case here!

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

Soliciting outside any/all businesses is prohibited. I also had to put money on my bus pass (I had a doctor's appointment on the other side of town, too far to walk even if I wanted to walk!)

To Whom it May Concern #2,

Pets aren't allowed in most businesses. The only "pets" allowed (almost) anywhere are service animals, and your dog isn't one (too small, plus it wasn't "four-on-the-floor".) Your dog was misbehaving, too. The manager had the right to kick both of you out of the grocery store! Oh, and several workers had to go through the store to find what couldn't be sold!

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

Before complaining about my physical well-being, pay attention to your own malodorous body emissions/traits. Oh, and stop "painting" the community hallways! Besides, I'm waiting for a return call from my PCP!

To Whom it May Concern #2,

I already have three :kitty:s, I don't/can't take yours!

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

To Whom it May Concern,

How many times do you need to be reminded to put a slip of paper with your flat's number on it when doing laundry? That's why I have a little bit of poster "tape" on the back (no need to keep writing my flat's number down because the "tape" is reusable for a certain amount of times before I need to toss it...)

To Whom it May Concern #2,

If you don't want someone to "skip" the line, stay in the laundry room as well as post your bloody flat's number on the washer/dryer! Be grateful that I didn't douse your load with petrol/gas, causing a small explosion/fire! Nobody could use the dryer on the first floor because it was broken (again) Oh, and your beloved family cannot wait until you're dead, not mourning you at all!
