How do I set up a signature on my posts?

I believe signatures were stopped because they were being used for advertising.

I have sort of a complaint. My avatar is appearing on threads I am visiting but I think I have that function turned off. It should only show when I am logged in on the list generally. A little help/respect, please.

Do you mean the green thing in the top left corner? I don't know if that can removed. I don't think so. I'll check it out. You can opt to block your name appearing in the members online list.
